Job Description

Role Summary

We are seeking a techno-commercial Salesforce professional with strong Salesforce implementation and project coordination experience to lead Pre-Sales and Post-Sales Salesforce initiatives.

This role will act as a bridge between internal stakeholders and the Salesforce implementation partner, ensuring structured execution, timely delivery, and successful user adoption.

Key Responsibilities

Salesforce Implementation & Business Analysis

  • Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementation for Pre-Sales, Sales, and Post-Sales processes.
  • Engage with internal stakeholders to understand existing workflows and future requirements.
  • Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for Salesforce.
  • Convert business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Project & Partner Management

  • Act as the single point of coordination between Molbio Diagnostics and the Salesforce implementation partner.
  • Track project timelines, milestones, dependencies, and risks.
  • Ensure implementation deliverables align with agreed scope, quality, and timelines.

Participate in solution walkthroughs, UAT cycles, and sign-off activities.

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Work closely with Sales, Service, Support, Finance, and Management teams.
  • Ensure smooth collaboration across teams during implementation and rollout.
  • Support change management and Salesforce adoption across the organization.

Post-Implementation & Admin Support

Provide post-go-live support as a Salesforce Admin / functional support member.

Handle: User access and profile management, Basic configuration changes, Issue triaging and coordination with the implementation partner

Act as the first level of support for internal Salesforce users.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 34 years of experience in Salesforce implementation projects.
  • Proven experience in project coordination or project management for CRM / IT implementations.
  • Hands-on experience with:
  • Salesforce Sales Cloud
  • Salesforce Service Cloud
  • Strong techno-functional understanding of Pre-Sales and Post-Sales processes.
  • Excellent stakeholder communication and vendor coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and meet defined timelines.

Salesforce Certifications

Mandatory

  • Salesforce Certified Administrator
  • Salesforce Business Analyst
  • Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant
  • Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant

Good to Have

  • Salesforce Advanced Administrator
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1)
  • Project Management Certification (PMP / Agile / Scrum Master or equivalent)
