Ideal resource must have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Health Cloud. Overall must have 5+ Years of relevant experience in Salesforce Development.
Health Cloud Functional & Platform Responsibilities
- Design and implement Salesforce Health Cloud solutions including Patient/Member 360, Care Plans, Care Teams, and Care Coordination workflows
- Configure and manage Health Cloud data models and healthcare-specific objects
- Support patient/member engagement journeys across Salesforce platforms
Integration & Data Management
- Work with integration teams to connect Health Cloud with EHR, scheduling, billing, and external healthcare platforms
- Understand and support API-based and event-driven integrations
- Participate in data ingestion, transformation, and validation processes
Service & Engagement Enablement
- Enable care coordination and service workflows using Service Cloud, Omni-Channel, and Experience Cloud
- Support appointment management, reminders, and care-related communications
Compliance, Security & Governance
- Ensure solutions align with healthcare compliance and data privacy standards
- Implement role-based access controls and Salesforce security best practices
- Support consent and audit requirements
Collaboration & Delivery
- Work closely with architects, onshore/offshore teams, and business stakeholders
- Participate in requirement discussions, solution walkthroughs, and design reviews
- Support UAT, production releases, and post-go-live stabilization
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud
- Solid understanding of Patient 360 and Care Management concepts
- Experience with Service Cloud and healthcare service workflows
- Good understanding of Salesforce configuration, Flows, and security model
- Familiarity with integration patterns and REST APIs
- Understanding of healthcare delivery workflows
Candidate must be comfortable working in Australian shifts (7AM IST- 3PM IST)
