Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Salesforce Health Cloud solutions to meet business needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Conduct system testing and validation to ensure quality and functionality of the Salesforce Health Cloud implementation.
- Provide training and support to users on Salesforce Health Cloud functionalities and best practices.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements as necessary.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce Health Cloud features and best practices to ensure optimal utilization.
Skills and Qualifications
- 4-13 years of experience in Salesforce Health Cloud or related Salesforce products.
- Strong understanding of healthcare industry processes and regulations.
- Proficiency in Salesforce administration, configuration, and customization.
- Experience with Salesforce integration tools and APIs.
- Knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce Lightning components.
- Ability to create reports and dashboards within Salesforce.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders.
