About Position:
We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Business Analyst with Health Cloud experience to support healthcare-focused Salesforce initiatives. The role involves working with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements, design functional solutions, and improve business processes using Salesforce Health Cloud. The ideal candidate will have strong business analysis expertise along with a clear understanding of healthcare workflows and patient-centric solution requirements.

What You'll Do:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Salesforce Health Cloud implementations and enhancements
- Work with stakeholders to understand healthcare business processes and translate them into functional requirements
- Facilitate workshops and discussions to define process flows, use cases, and business rules
- Create user stories, functional documents, workflow diagrams, and acceptance criteria
- Collaborate with architecture, development, and QA teams to support successful solution delivery
- Ensure solutions are aligned with Salesforce Health Cloud functionality and business expectations
- Support UAT planning, execution, business validation, and issue resolution
- Identify process inefficiencies and recommend scalable Salesforce-enabled improvements
- Assist in change management, training support, and post-deployment stabilization
- Maintain requirement traceability and support project documentation governance
Expertise You'll Bring:
- 10 to 15 years of relevant experience
- Strong experience in Salesforce business analysis with Health Cloud exposure
- Understanding of healthcare workflows, patient engagement processes, and Health Cloud functionality
- Expertise in business requirement gathering, documentation, and functional analysis
- Ability to convert business needs into structured user stories and functional requirements
- Strong collaboration skills to work with business users and technical teams
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and iterative delivery models
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities
- Understanding of process improvement and solution optimization principles
- Experience in supporting UAT and business sign-off activities
- Salesforce certifications in relevant areas will be beneficial
