Role: Salesforce Financial Services Cloud – Technical Architect (Asset/Wealth Management) (6 months Contract)

Experience: 10 years (5+ years on Salesforce, 5+ years in Architecture roles)

 Role Summary

The Salesforce FSC Technical Architect will lead the design and delivery of Salesforce solutions for Asset /Wealth Management client, focusing on advisor led servicing, client relationships, portfolio insights, and digital engagement. The role requires strong expertise in FSC data models, Asset Management processes, integrations, and enterprise scale Salesforce architecture.

Key Responsibilities

•      Lead end to end technical architecture and solution design for Salesforce Financial Services Cloud implementations focused on Asset/Wealth Management

•      Translate Asset Management business requirements into scalable, secure, and high performance Salesforce solutions aligned with Salesforce best practices

•      Architect FSC data models including Person Accounts, Households, Financial Accounts, Assets, Securities, Holdings, and Interaction Summaries

•      Design and govern Salesforce solutions across FSC, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud.

•      Enable Asset Management business processes such as AUM summaries, interactions, meeting preparation, portfolio management etc.

•      Design Low code / no code Salesforce solutions using flows, Omnistudio and other FSC features to meet customer needs

•      Architect custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and FSC configurations

•      Design and review enterprise integrations with portfolio management platforms, market data providers, core banking systems, and data warehouses using REST/SOAP APIs, custom middleware and event based patterns

•      Define security architecture covering client data privacy, advisor entitlements, and regulatory compliance requirements

•      Ensure scalability, performance optimization, data volume management, and adherence to Salesforce governor limits

•      Provide technical leadership, architectural governance, and code/design reviews across delivery teams and vendors

•      Drive DevOps and release management practices including CI/CD, version control, and deployment strategies

•      Act as a trusted Technical Architect and advisor for client stakeholders and internal leadership, supporting solutioning, estimations when required

•      Assist the customer in exploring, defining and implementing Agentic AI use cases using Agentforce as well as 3rd party Agents

•      Proven AI evangelist for Agentic AI in both business and engineering areas, leveraging Agentforce, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code or similar.

Required Skills & Qualifications

•      Strong hands on expertise in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) and Asset Management domain experience.

•      Proven experience with FSC data models (Person Accounts, Households, Financial Accounts, Assets, Holdings)

•      Advanced Salesforce skills: Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Omnistudio, Flows, Sales Cloud and Service Cloud

•      Strong experience in enterprise integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware (MuleSoft or equivalent)

•      Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, performance optimization, data volumes, and platform limits

•      Experience with security, data privacy, and regulatory requirements in financial services

Certifications (Preferred / Mandatory)

•      Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) – Preferred

•      Salesforce Financial Services Cloud Accredited Professional

•      Salesforce Integration Architecture Designer
