Role Overview
We are seeking a ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions. This role requires deep platform expertise, strong architectural skills, and the ability to drive complex, multi-instance implementations aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee end-to-end ServiceNow solutions aligned with enterprise strategy
- Lead technical discovery sessions and translate business needs into scalable architectures
- Design and manage integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware technologies
- Establish architectural standards, governance frameworks, and best practices
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and oversight across multiple projects
- Collaborate with stakeholders, project teams, and vendors to ensure successful delivery
- Identify and mitigate technical risks, ensuring secure and scalable solutions
- Guide platform strategy, roadmap planning, and capability enhancements
Required Skills
- ServiceNow CMA Certification (mandatory)
- 8+ years in ITSM and enterprise architecture
- 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow implementation experience
- Expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture, integrations, and best practices
- Strong experience with web services, REST/SOAP APIs
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
