About the Role

We are seeking a hands-on Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) Developer/Consultant to work with a US-based telecom client. This is a client-facing role requiring strong communication skills and deep expertise in FSL configuration and solution design, working closely with onshore stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end configuration and optimization of Salesforce Field Service Lightning
  • Configure Work Orders, Service Appointments, Scheduling Policies, Dispatch Console, Service Territories, Skills, and Mobile Workforce
  • Translate business requirements into scalable FSL solutions in collaboration with US onshore teams
  • Support telecom field operations such as installations, repairs, and preventive maintenance
  • Partner with developers on integrations and advanced customizations
  • Lead solution walkthroughs, demos, and client discussions
  • Ensure best practices, performance, and long-term scalability
Mandatory Certifications

Candidates must hold at least one of the following Salesforce certifications:

  • Salesforce Certified Field Service Lightning Consultant(preferred and highly recommended)
  • Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant
Required Skills & Experience
  • 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience, with significant focus on Field Service Lightning
  • Proven, real-world experience in FSL configuration (not just advisory or support roles)
  • Strong understanding of Service Cloud and field service processes
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills
  • Prior experience working in client-facing roles with US stakeholders
  • Ability to operate independently while collaborating with distributed teams
Nice to Have
  • Additional Salesforce certifications (Platform App Builder, Advanced Administrator)
  • Experience with dispatcher optimization and mobile workforce enablement
