About the Role
We are seeking a hands-on Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) Developer/Consultant to work with a US-based telecom client. This is a client-facing role requiring strong communication skills and deep expertise in FSL configuration and solution design, working closely with onshore stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end configuration and optimization of Salesforce Field Service Lightning
- Configure Work Orders, Service Appointments, Scheduling Policies, Dispatch Console, Service Territories, Skills, and Mobile Workforce
- Translate business requirements into scalable FSL solutions in collaboration with US onshore teams
- Support telecom field operations such as installations, repairs, and preventive maintenance
- Partner with developers on integrations and advanced customizations
- Lead solution walkthroughs, demos, and client discussions
- Ensure best practices, performance, and long-term scalability
Mandatory Certifications
Candidates must hold at least one of the following Salesforce certifications:
- Salesforce Certified Field Service Lightning Consultant(preferred and highly recommended)
- Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience, with significant focus on Field Service Lightning
- Proven, real-world experience in FSL configuration (not just advisory or support roles)
- Strong understanding of Service Cloud and field service processes
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills
- Prior experience working in client-facing roles with US stakeholders
- Ability to operate independently while collaborating with distributed teams
Nice to Have
- Additional Salesforce certifications (Platform App Builder, Advanced Administrator)
- Experience with dispatcher optimization and mobile workforce enablement
