About The Role
As a member of the Salesforce Center of Excellence (CoE), the Salesforce Developer will be responsible for the development, configuration, and customization of applications within the Salesforce platform. This role requires a blend of Salesforce development, administration, and a strong focus
on Service Cloud expertise to support customer service operations and deliver scalable CRM solutions aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and implement Salesforce Service Cloud solutions.
- Customize Service Cloud features including Case Management, Omni-Channel, Knowledge Base, Live Agent, and Service Console.
- Develop and maintain workflows, process builders, flows, and validation rules.
- Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications and internal systems, including CTI integrations and WhatsApp.
- Implement and support Agentforce/Einstein Bot for automated customer interactions.
- Leverage Einstein AI & Analytics for predictive insights and intelligent automation.
- Support implementation of self-service portals and knowledgebase management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements.
- Assist the Salesforce Technical Architect in CoE tasks and technical documentation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues.
- Participate in platform monitoring, standards creation, and best practices.
- Conduct training sessions and create user documentation.
- Stay updated with Salesforce trends and innovations.
- Work across global teams and functions including Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, Operations, and Customer Service.
Required Qualifications
- 45 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce development and administration.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and limitations.
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, SOQL, and Salesforce Flows.
- Experience with object-oriented programming languages (Java, C#, or OO PHP).
- Familiarity with tools like Bitbucket, VSCode, IntelliJ, or Eclipse.
- Knowledge of Salesforce limits, transaction lifecycle, and debugging techniques.
- Experience with version control and release management.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform Developer, Service Cloud Consultant).
- Experience with JavaScript, jQuery, and MVC architecture.
- Exposure to ETL tools and enterprise integration platforms.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong understanding of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud out-of-the-box features.
- Fluent in English.
