Designation - Lead Salesforce Engineer

About the Role:

We are seeking a talented Salesforce Engineer with advanced experience in Topdesk, CPQ to join our team. The Lead Salesforce Engineer will design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements, with a focus on functionality. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Salesforce, strong technical skills in Salesforce development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning), Topdesk , and hands-on experience in CPQ and Quote-to-Cash (QTC) processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver complex Salesforce projects from technical design to production deployment.

Design and develop Salesforce solutions.

Develop and maintain custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and APIs.

Troubleshoot and resolve production issues impacting workflows and integrations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and recommend process improvements.

Oversee implementation and management of related tools: ZoomInfo, Marketo, Gong, Outreach, LeanData, and DocuSign.

Establish and monitor KPIs for platform health, project delivery, and business outcomes.

Manage user adoption, training, and change management initiatives to maximize Salesforce engagement.

Stay current with Salesforce technologies and best practices to implement innovative solutions.

Foster a high-performance, collaborative environment.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

57 years of enterprise-level Salesforce experience, including implementations and platform optimizations.

Expertise in Sales Cloud,Topdesk, Marketing Cloud, CPQ, and system integrations.

Strong technical skills in Apex, LWC, REST/SOAP APIs, and Salesforce development.

Deep understanding of Salesforce security, data governance, and industry best practices.

Experience with tools like DocuSign, managing workflows and compliance.

Exceptional communication skills and ability to build strong stakeholder relationships.

Self-starter capable of working independently and driving outcomes.

Ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver results in dynamic environments.

Skilled at influencing cross-functional teams and driving alignment.

Salesforce certifications (Certified Administrator, Platform Developer, or Architect) are a plus.
