Job Title: Digital Delivery Manager / Director – Salesforce

Role Level: Associate Director / Director
We are looking for a seasoned delivery leader with strong experience in the Salesforce ecosystem to drive large-scale digital programs and lead high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities
Delivery & Program Management
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce programs, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and quality standards
- Own sprint planning, release management, and overall delivery governance
- Identify risks, manage dependencies, and ensure smooth execution across multiple workstreams
- Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and methodologies
Leadership & Team Management
- Manage and mentor large teams (100–200 members), including developers, architects, and QA
- Build a strong delivery culture focused on ownership, accountability, and performance
- Drive workforce planning, capability building, and team development
Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with business leaders, product owners, and architects to define and execute delivery roadmaps
- Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders on progress, risks, and priorities
- Balance competing priorities across multiple programs
Technical & Platform Oversight
- Ensure alignment with Salesforce architecture, best practices, and governance frameworks
- Oversee development across Apex, LWC, Flows, integrations, and data management
- Drive DevOps adoption using tools like Copado, Gearset, and Atlassian ecosystem
- Ensure robust CI/CD, environment strategy, and release management
Quality & Process Excellence
- Establish strong QA processes including testing strategy, UAT, and release controls
- Maintain documentation, compliance, and change management practices
- Continuously enhance development standards and delivery frameworks
Key Requirements
- 16–25 years of overall experience with at least 8+ years in leadership roles
- Strong expertise in Salesforce platform, delivery management, and enterprise implementations
- Proven experience managing large-scale teams (100–200 members)
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and modern delivery practices
- Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools and Atlassian ecosystem
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
