Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce DevOps Engineer to support the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of our DevOps strategy within the Salesforce ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control, sandbox management, and Salesforce DevOps tools, and will play a key role in enabling reliable, automated deployments across environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the design and implementation of the Salesforce DevOps strategy.
- Build, manage, and optimize CI/CD workflows, including version control and automated deployments.
- Manage Salesforce sandbox environments, including creation, refresh, and maintenance.
- Plan, execute, and document DevOps releases and deployment activities.
- Collaborate closely with Salesforce developers, QA teams, and release managers to ensure smooth deployments.
- Troubleshoot deployment issues and CI/CD pipeline failures.
- Enforce best practices for source control, branching strategies, and release management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce DevOps Engineer or in a similar role.
- Strong hands-on experience with GitHub for version control.
- Mandatory experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated Salesforce deployments.
- Hands-on experience with AutoRabbit (mandatory).
- Strong experience in Salesforce sandbox management.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce metadata, deployment processes, and environment management.
- Ability to clearly document release processes and DevOps activities.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and collaboration abilities.
Nice to Have
- Experience with other Salesforce DevOps tools (Copado, Gearset, Flosum).
- Salesforce certifications (Admin, Platform Developer) are a plus.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
