Salesforce Devops Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers, providing guidance and support for technical challenges.
• Oversee the implementation of Salesforce DevOps processes using Gearset, ensuring efficient deployment and version control.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Establish and maintain best practices for Salesforce development, testing, and deployment.
• Monitor and optimize the performance of Salesforce applications and DevOps processes.
• Facilitate regular team meetings, code reviews, and knowledge-sharing sessions to promote continuous improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce technologies and DevOps trends to drive innovation within the team.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful project execution.

Mandatory Skills:

• Proven expertise in Salesforce DevOps, specifically with Gearset.
• Strong understanding of the Salesforce development lifecycle and best practices.
• Experience in leading technical teams and managing software development projects.
• Proficiency in version control systems, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

Preferred Skills:

• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Developer, Salesforce Architect).
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Knowledge of additional DevOps tools and practices beyond Gearset.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 7-10 years of experience in Salesforce development and DevOps.
• Demonstrated experience in leading technical teams and delivering successful projects.
