Salesforce DevOps Engineer

As a Salesforce DevOps Engineer, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing Salesforce development processes using Copado. You will collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure seamless deployment, integration, and continuous delivery of Salesforce applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and manage Salesforce DevOps practices using Copado.
• Automate deployment processes and enhance CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve deployment and integration issues.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for deployment processes and procedures.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops on Copado best practices for team members.
• Stay updated on the latest Salesforce and Copado features, enhancements, and industry best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 810 years of experience in Salesforce development and administration.
• Strong hands-on experience with Copado for CI/CD in Salesforce environments.
• Proficiency in Salesforce technologies such as Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning.
• Knowledge of source control tools (e.g., Git).
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and analytical abilities.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
