Salesforce DevOps Engineer

We are looking for a high-performing Lead Salesforce Developer with DevOps experties to join our team.

In this role, you will be the technical engine driving our Salesforce ecosystem, architecting sophisticated solutions across Sales & Service Cloud, and building seamless integrations that power our business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect & Develop: Design and implement robust Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud solutions tailored to complex business requirements.
• Customization: Build and maintain high-performance Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex Classes, Triggers, and advanced Flows.
• Integration: Lead Salesforce integrations with external applications using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and Middleware (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi).
• Code Excellence: Perform rigorous code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices, security standards, and optimal performance.
• Data Modeling: Utilize SOQL, SOSL, and advanced database modeling to ensure data integrity and system scalability.
• DevOps & CI/CD: Manage version control and deployment pipelines using Git, Bitbucket, and modern DevOps tools.

Required Experience & Skills

• 7+ Years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and full-lifecycle implementation.
• Expert Technical Stack: Mastery of LWC, Apex, Triggers, and Salesforce Flows.
• Cloud Depth: Strong expertise in both Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Integration Specialist: Extensive experience with REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth, SSO, and Identity Management.
• Security Mindset: Deep knowledge of Salesforce security models, sharing rules, and granular access control.
• UI/UX: Proven experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience UI customization.
• Problem Solver: Ability to translate complex business needs into scalable technical architecture.

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant Salesforce Certifications (e.g., Platform Developer II, Integration Architecture Designer).
• Experience with Middleware tools like MuleSoft or Dell Boomi.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
