Job Summary
Seeking a Specialist with 5 to 7 years of experience in Application Support skilled in DevOps Services to optimize and manage cloud infrastructure
Job Description
Provide expert application support within the AWS cloud environment Utilize DevOps services to streamline deployment monitoring and maintenance of applications Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure high availability and performance of critical applications Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to AWS infrastructure and application integrations Implement automation and continuous integrationcontinuous deployment CICD pipelines to enhance operational efficiency Monitor system health and implement proactive measures to prevent downtime Maintain documentation related to AWS DevOps processes and application support activities
Roles and Responsibilities
Manage and support AWS cloud infrastructure for application environments Design develop and maintain CICD pipelines using AWS DevOps tools Perform root cause analysis for application and infrastructure issues and implement corrective actions Collaborate with development and operations teams to deploy new features and updates Ensure compliance with security and operational best practices in AWS environments Conduct performance tuning and capacity planning to meet service level agreements Provide timely incident management and resolution to minimize business impact
