Salesforce Configuration: Customize and configure Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and page layouts.
Development:

Strong Knowledge and implement Apex classes, triggers, and batch classes.
Strong Knowledge and maintain Visualforce pages and Lightning components.
Write and maintain unit test classes to ensure code coverage and quality.
Must have experience In Classic and lightning framework Knowledge Articles , force.com sites.

Integration: Build and manage integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
Version Control & Deployment: Utilize VS Code, Git, and Salesforce CLI for development and deployment.
BAU Support: Handle day-to-day support requests, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth functioning of Salesforce applications.
Performance Optimization: Ensure code and configurations follow best practices for scalability and performance.

Qualifications

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
Experience with triggers, batch classes, and unit testing.
Proficiency in VS Code and Salesforce development tools.

Integration Skills: Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.
Configuration Skills: Ability to configure Salesforce declaratively (flows, workflows, validation rules).
BAU Support: Proven experience in handling BAU support and troubleshooting.
Certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer I (mandatory), Developer II (preferred).
Experience: 5+ years of Salesforce development experience.
