Your Role: Senior Salesforce Developer / Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer / Architect to design, build, and drive the development of a fully customized Salesforce solution at Y-Axis.

This role blends hands-on development with technical leadership, giving you the opportunity to define system architecture, own the full SDLC, and mentor a growing development team.

Key Responsibilities

Architect, design, and develop high-quality Apex code and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

Build and maintain integrations with internal and external applications via REST/SOAP APIs.

Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines using Salesforce DX, Git, Jenkins/GitHub Actions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teamsincluding stakeholders, analysts, and developersto translate requirements into robust technical solutions.

Mentor junior developers and ensure adherence to coding best practices and development standards.

Ensure compliance with Salesforce governor limits, security protocols, and architectural guidelines.

What We're Looking For

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience.

Experience

5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience with strong exposure to architecture and solution design.

Technical Skills

Deep expertise in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

Strong command of Salesforce integration techniques (REST/SOAP APIs).

Proficiency in Salesforce DX, DevOps workflows, version control, and CI/CD pipelines.

Ability to architect scalable, secure, and efficient Salesforce solutions.

Creative & Soft Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Excellent communication skills, able to engage with both technical and business teams.

Leadership qualities with the ability to guide, mentor, and influence.

Ownership-driven, reliable, and able to perform under timelines and pressure.

Preferred Qualifications

Salesforce Technical Architect certification or advanced Salesforce credentials.

Experience driving large-scale Salesforce transformations or enterprise implementations.

Knowledge of Agile methodologies and cloud-native DevOps practices.
