Position: Sr Salesforce Developer
Location: Noida, Hyderabad & Gurugram

We are looking for talented Salesforce developers with strong hands-on expertise in building scalable solutions using Lightning Web Components, Apex, and Salesforce platform capabilities. The ideal candidate is technically strong and equally capable in analytical thinking and problem-solving, ensuring robust, efficient, and high-quality delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy Lightning Web Components (LWC) and other custom Salesforce solutions.
- Build Apex classes, triggers, batch processes, and REST/SOAP integrations.
- Configure Salesforce features including Flows, Validation Rules, and custom objects.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, ensuring code quality and adherence to best practices.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues across the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Collaborate with product owners and cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies.
- Support CI/CD and release management
Required Qualifications & Skills
- 5+ years of development experience, including development and configuration.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience developing Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex code.
- Proficiency in Apex, SOQL/SOSL, and LWC
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to break down problems and evaluate multiple solution paths.
- Proven problem‑solving skills, especially in debugging, performance tuning, and addressing complex functional/technical issues.
- Solid understanding of governor limits, security guidelines, and platform best practices.
- Familiarity with version control.
