Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and implement customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. As an engineer, you will lead technical initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure optimal utilization of Salesforce's capabilities to support business goals.

Must have(s) - Apex, LWC, Aura, REST/SOAP, Flows, CI/CD, Git, DevOps, Sales/Service/Experience Cloud, JavaScript, Data Security

Key Responsibilities:

-Solution Architecture: Partner with business stakeholders and other teams to gather requirements and design scalable Salesforce solutions.

-Development: Develop custom solutions and components using Salesforce technologies, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC)

-Integration: Implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools, and third-party platforms.

-Customization: Customize Salesforce objects, workflows, reports, dashboards, and approval processes to meet business requirements.

-Code Review: Conduct and drive code reviews ensuring best practices and alignment with Salesforce development guidelines.

-Maintenance: Regularly monitor and troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and support ongoing platform maintenance and upgrades.

-Innovation: Stay updated with Salesforce platform advancements, particularly on new releases, technologies, and tools to enhance the business environment.

Required Qualifications:

-2-5 years of hands-on Salesforce development/architecture experience.

-Experience in developing Apex classes, triggers, integration, LWC and Aura components, Salesforce declarative tools (Flow, Process Builder, etc.).

-Knowledge of integrating Salesforce with third-party systems and platforms.

-Certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer I (required); Platform Developer II or Architect track is a plus.

-Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
