Requirements

56 years of professional experience in Salesforce development.
Strong proficiency in LWC, Apex, Apex Triggers, SOQL/SOSL, and asynchronous Apex.
Solid understanding of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud functionalities and object models.
Hands-on experience with Flows, Process Automation, Validation Rules, and Custom Metadata/Settings.
Good knowledge of Salesforce security, sharing models, and access control mechanisms.
Experience working with integrations, including REST APIs, SOAP, Platform Events, and Named Credentials.
Familiarity with DevOps/CI/CD tools such as Git, Copado, Gearset, or Salesforce DX.
Strong debugging, optimization, and performance tuning skills.
Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management capabilities.

Good to Have

Salesforce certifications such as PD1 and PD2.
Experience with Omni-Channel, CTI integrations, or industry-specific Salesforce Clouds.
Exposure to Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
