Salesforce Developer (Apex, LWC, DevOps)

Hogar Properties isa Dubai-based real estate brokerage firm known for delivering premium property solutions, powered by technology-driven operations and customer service excellence. Our in-house systems are built on Salesforce CRM, and we are expanding our technical team to support our growing operations.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer who can handle advanced Apex development, manage deployments from sandbox to production, and ensure the seamless functioning of our CRM system. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work independently while supporting cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, test, and deploy Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning components.

Manage end-to-end deployment processes from sandbox to production environments.

Create and maintain custom objects, fields, workflows, and validation rules.

Troubleshoot and fix CRM-related issues and bugs in a timely manner.

Optimize system performance and ensure data integrity across Salesforce orgs.

Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to develop new automation workflows and process improvements.

Maintain documentation for system updates, configurations, and integrations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.

Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, deployment pipelines, and change sets.

Experience using tools like Git, VS Code, and Salesforce CLI for version control and deployment.

Ability to debug and optimize complex workflows and custom code.

Salesforce Developer Certification(s) preferred but not mandatory.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Work Environment:

Fully remote (India-based candidates only).

Flexible working hours aligned with UAE time zone when needed.

Collaborative culture with exposure to real estate business processes and automation projects.
