Job Description

What You'll Be Doing As A Part of Our Team

  • Design and development of Salesforce Service Cloud solutions including:
    • Omni-Channel Routing & Supervisory Tools
    • CTI / Telephony Integrations (Open CTI, Amazon Connect)
    • Live Chat, Messaging, Digital Engagement
    • Case Management, Assignment, Escalation, and Service Processes
    • Knowledge Base, Entitlements, SLAs & Milestones
    • Service Console customization & productivity enhancements
  • Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions aligned with business requirements.
  • Develop and maintain: Apex Classes, Triggers, Test Classes, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce (as required for legacy support), Asynchronous Apex (Batch, Queueable, Scheduled, Future), Platform Events
  • Implement complex Salesforce automations using: Flows (Record-Triggered, Screen, Orchestration), Process Builder (legacy support only),Approval Processes
  • Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Middleware (MuleSoft preferred).
  • Optimize system performance and ensure governor limit efficiency.
  • Lead code reviews, deployments, CI/CD, and enforce best practices.
  • Work closely with: Business Analysts, Architects, QA Teams, Support Teams
  • Provide technical mentorship to junior developers.
  • Drive security, data access, and compliance standards.

What You Should Have To Qualify

  • 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
  • Strong expertise in Service Cloud
  • Advanced proficiency in Apex, SOQL & SOSL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows & Automation
  • Deep understanding of Case Lifecycle, Omnichannel Routing, CTI Integration, Knowledge Management, Entitlements & Milestones
  • Strong experience in Salesforce Security Model: Profiles, Permission Sets, OWD, Sharing Rules, Field-Level Security

Integration & Architecture


  • Experience integrating Salesforce with: REST APIs, Middleware platforms (MuleSoft, Boomi, etc.), External CRM / ERP systems
  • Strong knowledge of: Asynchronous Apex (Batch, Future, Queueable), Platform Events, CDC (Change Data Capture)

DevOps & Deployment


  • Experience with: Git / Bitbucket / GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, Salesforce DX, Change Sets & Metadata API

Soft Skills


  • Strong problem-solving & debugging skills
  • Excellent communication with technical & non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to lead from the front and take ownership
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum environments

Ideally, You Would Also Have These


  • Salesforce Certifications: Platform Developer I & II, Service Cloud Consultant, Integration Architecture Designer
  • Experience with: Salesforce Messaging, Einstein Bots, Experience Cloud
  • Exposure to Jira, Confluence, and DevOps tools
