Job Title: Salesforce Developer – Junior

Location: Bangalore (Onsite)

Employment Type: Contract

Salary: Up to 7 LPA

Experience: 4–6 Years

We are hiring a Salesforce Developer with strong hands-on experience in Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Agentforce. The ideal candidate should have experience building scalable Salesforce solutions and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize Salesforce applications across Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Experience Cloud
• Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce pages, and integrations
• Implement and optimize Agentforce solutions to improve support operations and customer engagement
• Work with REST/SOAP APIs and third-party integrations
• Build and manage Flows, workflows, and automation processes
• Ensure Salesforce security, data integrity, and platform best practices
• Perform testing, debugging, deployment, and production support activities
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams for requirement gathering and solution delivery
• Stay updated with Salesforce releases and new platform capabilities
