Salesforce Developer

We are seeking a Salesforce Developer to join the Customer engagement, supporting the development and enhancement of Sales Cloud–based solutions and integrations. The role requires close collaboration with the customer's architecture and development teams to deliver high-quality features aligned with defined standards and processes.

• Develop and customize Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions based on user stories and customer-provided designs
• Collaborate with customer architects and senior developers for solution alignment and validation
• Build and maintain Apex classes, Lightning components (LWC/Aura), and integrations
• Participate in Agile delivery cycles, including development, code reviews, and defect fixes
• Work within CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps) to deploy code up to SIT environments 
• Support system integration workflows across Salesforce and other enterprise applications
• Coordinate with SIT/UAT teams for testing support and issue resolution 
• Engage in client interactions for technical discussions, clarifications, and status updates
• Adhere to security and access constraints within the customer environment

• 4–10 years of experience in Salesforce development (Sales Cloud preferred)
• Strong expertise in Apex, LWC/Aura, SOQL, and REST/SOAP integrations
• Experience in CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps preferred)
• Understanding of enterprise integrations and multi-system environments
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery model
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Salesforce Certifications (Platform Developer I/II)
• Exposure to enterprise-level implementations with restricted environments
• Experience working with global clients / onsite-offshore model
