Job Description

Summary

The primary objective of the Salesforce Developer role is to design, configure, and develop customized solutions on the Salesforce platform to enhance the Credit Process within Natixis Global Financial Services (GFS).

Location: Bengaluru

Mode: Onsite

Main Responsibilities

Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand and translate business requirements into technical designs.
Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other related technologies.
Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce applications by resolving technical issues and bugs.
Develop and maintain integration solutions between Salesforce and other systems.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices.
Manage the deployment of new releases in collaboration with stakeholders.
Stay updated with the latest Salesforce technologies and recommend process improvements.
Identify opportunities for new features and functionality with stakeholders.

Key Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in developing Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce integration solutions (SOAP, REST, OAuth).
Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration and customization.
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology.

Nice to Have

Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I and II or App Builder.
Experience with issue tracking tools like Salesforce CRM, JIRA, and Confluence.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
