Role Description
The Salesforce Developer plays a critical role in enabling enterprise wide digital transformation by building scalable secure and high performance solutions on the Salesforce platform. This role supports business functions such as customer onboarding service operations workflow automation and data driven decision making. The developer works closely with business stakeholders and platform teams to translate business processes into robust Salesforce based applications ensuring seamless integration with internal and external systems across the enterprise ecosystem.
Job Responsibilities
Design and implement end to end Salesforce solutions to support business workflows across Sales Service and Operations
Customize and configure Salesforce objects workflows and automation aligned with business requirements
Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems such as payment platforms document systems and APIs
Participate in release cycles including planning development testing and deployment across environments
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues ensuring minimal disruption to business operations
Collaborate with cross functional teams to refine requirements and improve system usability
Ensure data integrity security and compliance with enterprise governance standards
Continuously enhance platform capabilities to improve efficiency scalability and user experience
