About the Role
We are seeking a Salesforce AI Solutions Engineer to design, build, and deploy agentic AI solutions on Salesforce. This role will leverage Einstein, Prompt Builder, Flow, and Apex to create autonomous, goaldriven agents that transform business workflows with intelligence and automation.
Key Responsibilities
- AI Agent Development: Design, configure, and deploy agentic AI solutions using Salesforce Einstein, Prompt Builder, Flow, and Apex.
- Integration & Orchestration: Integrate LLMs, APIs, and Salesforce data models to enable contextual responses, intelligent decisionmaking, and workflow orchestration.
- CrossCloud Use Cases: Collaborate with admins, developers, and business teams to embed AI agents into Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Health Cloud scenarios.
- Governance & Security: Ensure strong governance, compliance, and security standards while deploying AI solutions at scale.
- Innovation & Scalability: Translate business requirements into productionready AI solutions that are scalable, reliable, and impactful.
Required Skills & Experience
- 46 years of Salesforce experience with proven expertise in AI, automation, and advanced configuration.
- Handson knowledge of Einstein, Flow, Apex, and Prompt Builder.
- Experience integrating LLMs and APIs into Salesforce workflows.
- Strong problemsolving skills and ability to design scalable, productionready AI solutions.
- Familiarity with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Health Cloud implementations.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work across technical and business teams.
