You will be responsible for designing and implementing Salesforce applications, collaborating with various teams to enhance our Salesforce environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements.
• Customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
• Manage and optimize Salesforce data, ensuring data integrity and security.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Perform regular system maintenance, updates, and enhancements to existing Salesforce applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the Salesforce environment.
• Provide training and support to end-users to maximize system adoption.

Skills and Qualifications

• 6-14 years of experience in Salesforce development and implementation.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
• Proficient in Apex programming, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Familiarity with Salesforce best practices, security models, and deployment processes.
• Knowledge of database management and data modeling concepts.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Developer, Salesforce Architect) are a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
