Salesforce Developer

About the role:

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC) to design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Salesforce development, customization, and integration, along with a solid understanding of the Salesforce Lightning Platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Experience Cloud.
• Build responsive and reusable UI components for customer/community portals using LWC.
• Develop and customize Experience Cloud sites, including authentication, sharing, branding, navigation.
• Implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST APIs, Platform Events, Middleware.
• Perform code reviews and enforce Salesforce development best practices.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide long-term scalable solutions.

Mandatory Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce development.
• Expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC) development.
• Strong experience in Salesforce Experience Cloud (Community Cloud).
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce integrations using REST APIs.
• Experience with Lightning Data Service (LDS), Apex controllers, and wire adapters.
• Good understanding of Salesforce security model, sharing rules, profiles, permission sets, and FLS.
• Strong debugging and performance optimization skills.
