Job Title: Salesforce Developer

Location: Hyderabad(Hybrid, 2-3 days WFO)

Notice: Immediate to 10 Days (Max)

Job Summary –

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to support Managed Services. This role requires a strong individual contributor who can design scalable solutions, ensure code quality, and support ongoing enhancements while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

Years of experience needed – 6years

Technical Skills:

Strong experience in Salesforce development (Apex, Triggers, LWC, Visualforce as needed)

Hands-on experience with Flows, Process Automation, and Declarative tools

Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware such as MuleSoft)

Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and governor limits

Experience in code reviews and enforcing development standards

Proficiency with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment tools (Copado, Gearset, etc.)

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions for new features, enhancements, and defect fixes across CBRE MSP applications.

Translate business requirements into robust technical designs leveraging Apex, LWC, Flows, and integrations.

Ensure solutions align with Salesforce best practices, enterprise architecture standards, and CBRE governance guidelines.

Act as an individual contributor delivering high-quality code across Salesforce platforms (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom applications).

Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft where applicable).

Perform debugging, root cause analysis, and optimization of existing functionalities.

Conduct peer code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, security compliance, and performance optimization.

Ensure proper documentation, version control (Git), and deployment practices via CI/CD pipelines.

Enforce best practices around testing, including unit testing and code coverage.

Process Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Behavioral Skills:

Resolve issues of projects and explore to alternate designs

Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction

Train and coach members of project groups to ensure effective knowledge management activity.

Certification:
