Job Description

We are looking for an experiencedSalesforce Developer (Lead Software Engineer)with strong expertise in Salesforce implementation and domain knowledge inAir Cargo. The ideal candidate should be capable of working closely with Product Owners, understanding user needs, and translating them into functional and technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-end Salesforce implementation experience acrossExperience Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, andLWC Development.
StrongAir Cargo domain knowledgeis mandatory.
Engage with end-users, gather requirements, and translate them into clear user stories.
Convert business requirements into technical specifications for the development team.
Work onnative and customized Salesforce reports.
Understand end-to-end functionality and provide user training when required.
Collaborate with Product Owner and testers to prepare detailedtest cases.
Preparerelease notesand relevant project documentation.
Work closely with theProduct Ownerand provide ongoing support.
Knowledge ofDigital Experience Platformsis an added advantage.

Required Skills

6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
Strong expertise inApex, LWC, Experience Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud.
Excellent communication, requirement-gathering, and documentation skills.
Domain expertise inAir Cargo.
Ability to translate functional needs into technical deliverables.
