Must-Have

Candidate must have working hands on experience of more than 4 years as a Salesforce Developer (Lightning Web Component developer).

Understand customization's done in Classic and evaluate all these customizations are needed in Lightning. Good in Apex Coding, Trigger & process builder

Able to migrate custom components to Lightning Web Component.

Code analysis tools to analyze custom codes and their efficiency

Design solution on the principles of configuration and use of OOB features to ensure scalability of the org.

Use Lightning Flows to Automate some of processing needs.

Good-to-Have

Knowledge Framework like Angular. Java /JSON
