The Role:
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce SME and Senior Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading technical design, development, implementation, and support of Salesforce solutions. This role requires strong expertise in Salesforce development, solution architecture, and stakeholder collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Salesforce platform capabilities and limitations.
- Lead the design and development of scalable, high-quality Salesforce solutions.
- Develop customized Lightning Components (LWC/Aura), Apex classes/triggers, and Visualforce pages.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices for quality assurance and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Business Analysts, Architects, and QA.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
- Assist in deployment activities using CI/CD tools and change sets.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues across the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Stay current with new Salesforce features and releases.
Skills Required:
- Proven expertise in integrating Salesforce with third-party systems.
- Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps tools (Gearset, Copado, Jenkins, etc.).
- Salesforce Platform Developer I & II certifications preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, and Visualforce.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Exposure to Salesforce AI/Einstein, CPQ, or Field Service Lightning.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps.
- Knowledge of security models, governor limits, and performance optimization.
Certifications (Preferred):
- Salesforce Platform Developer I (Required)
- Salesforce Platform Developer II (Preferred)
- Salesforce Administrator / Advanced Administrator
- Other certifications such as Service Cloud Consultant, Integration Architect, or JavaScript Developer I are a plus.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 6 to 8 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Experience with Salesforce configuration (Process Builder, Flows, Validation Rules, etc.).
