This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesforce Developer based in Pune. The Salesforce Developer will be responsible for developing, designing, and implementing Salesforce solutions, including creating custom Visualforce Pages and Lightning Web Components. The role involves Salesforce.com administration and development, along with collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure system functionality, scalability, and security.

• Proficiency in Salesforce.com Development, including customization and integration
• Experience with creating Visualforce Pages and Lightning Web Components
• Strong skills in Salesforce.com Administration, including configuring workflows, processes, and user management
• Knowledge of Salesforce.com platform capabilities and related technologies
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with teams
• Relevant Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Platform Developer I are a plus
• Experience working in an agile team environment and delivering solutions on deadline
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
