Lead the development of new Salesforce applications, including architecture and custom development.
Design, develop, test, and deploy APEX Classes, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and VisualForce on the Force.com platform,Community cloud, Experience Cloud
Develop and integrate custom Salesforce enterprise applications and solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, complex solutions.
Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers.
Ensure all development follows best practices and security standards.
Conduct code reviews and rigorous testing to maintain high-quality standards.
Prepare technical documentation including design documents, architecture diagrams, and API specifications.
Utilize SOQL, Apex controllers, Apex Web Services, and related tools for customized functionalities.
Develop integrations with upstream and downstream applications using Force.com APIs.
Apply knowledge of SFDC governor limits and best practices in all development work.
Maintain a strong understanding of Salesforce Administration and SDLC best practices.
Required certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer I and II.
Additional skills: Experience with Salesforce Communities/Portals, DevOps tools (Copado/Flossum, GitHub), and JIRA for project management.
