Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to understand CRM requirements
Design and develop customized Salesforce solutions
Build and maintain applications using Salesforce technologies
Create development timelines and deliverables
Develop and implement Apex classes, triggers, and workflows
Work with Lightning components and LWC (Lightning Web Components)
Test applications for functionality, stability, and performance
Debug and resolve technical issues and bugs
Prepare technical documentation and provide user/technical training
Ensure security and integrity of Salesforce applications
Support deployment and data management using tools like Data Loader
