Job Description

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • Salesforce Developer & Admin Certification (Advanced Admin Certificate Preferred).

Technical Skills

  • 4-6 years of Salesforce development experience with Sales & Service Clouds.
  • Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and advanced configurations.
  • Strong analytical skills with a history of delivering innovative solutions.
  • Expertise in Salesforce architecture, security principles, and compliance standards.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot CRM is a plus.

Desired Skills

  • Hands-on experience with API integrations and tools like Zapier.
  • Proven ability to lead projects, mentor team members, and collaborate effectively.
  • Strong communication skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Passion for learning and staying updated on Salesforce features and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the Salesforce SME for Sales & Service Clouds.
  • Implement automation and functionality with flows, custom objects, validations, Apex, and integrations.
  • Design and develop integrations with platforms like HubSpot, Zoho Desk, and Insycle.
  • Administer user accounts and ensure smooth data flow between systems.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver technical designs and solutions.
  • Document specifications, manage deployments, and provide training.
  • Mentor team members and contribute to team growth and success.
