About Position
We are seeking an experienced Lead Salesforce Developer specializing in Health Cloud and Life Sciences Cloud to drive end-to-end implementations in healthcare and pharmaceutical domains. This role combines hands-on development with technical leadership, requiring expertise in solution architecture, integrations, and scalable Salesforce design. You will lead a team of developers and work closely with stakeholders to deliver high-quality, compliant, and efficient solutions aligned with patient-centric and clinical workflows. The position demands strong leadership, domain knowledge, and the ability to manage complex multi-team implementations in an Agile environment.

What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end implementations of Salesforce Health Cloud and Life Sciences Cloud solutions
- Design and implement patient management workflows, care programs, provider data models, assessments, and clinical/pharma processes
- Define solution architecture and ensure alignment with healthcare and life sciences requirements
- Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers, admins, and junior engineers
- Conduct sprint planning, effort estimations, and technical design/code reviews
- Develop advanced Salesforce features using Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Platform Events, and Flows
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and governor limits
- Own integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and healthcare standards like HL7/FHIR (where applicable)
- Implement secure data handling, mapping strategies, and robust error-handling frameworks
- Collaborate with stakeholders, Product Owners, Architects, and healthcare SMEs to gather requirements and deliver solutions
- Conduct solution walkthroughs, technical presentations, and manage client expectations
- Lead CI/CD processes using tools like Copado, Gearset, or Git for smooth deployments
- Ensure high-quality releases with proper code coverage across environments
- Prepare architecture documents, solution designs, and data flow diagrams
- Drive system performance tuning, stability improvements, and quality assurance
Expertise You'll Bring
- 812 years of Salesforce experience, with at least 3+ years in Health Cloud or Life Sciences Cloud implementations
- Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, Flows, and declarative automation
- Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP API integrations and SOQL/SOSL
- Deep understanding of Salesforce data model and security architecture
- Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Health Cloud, and Life Sciences Cloud
- Proven experience in deployment tools such as Copado, Gearset, or Git-based CI/CD pipelines
- Strong domain knowledge of healthcare workflows, clinical data models, pharma lifecycle, and patient journeys
- Familiarity with HL7/FHIR standards (preferred)
- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II and Health Cloud Consultant (preferred)
- Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (desirable)
- Exposure to OmniStudio and Experience Cloud is an advantage
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery models
- Strong leadership, team management, and mentoring skills
- Excellent communication and client-facing abilities
- Strong decision-making, analytical thinking, and problem-solving capability
- Ability to lead large-scale, complex, multi-team Salesforce implementations
