Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and implement customized Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Apex development, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex Triggers, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud. The role involves collaborating with business stakeholders, administrators, and technical teams to deliver scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce applications and enhancements.
• Develop and maintain custom solutions using Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Configure and customize Sales Cloud and Service Cloud functionalities based on business requirements.
• Build custom integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Implement automation using Flows, Process Builder, and Apex.
• Develop reusable Lightning Components and improve user experience within Salesforce Lightning Experience.
• Optimize existing Salesforce configurations and custom code for performance and scalability.
• Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, development, testing, and deployment activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues while ensuring platform stability.
• Follow Salesforce development best practices, coding standards, and governance policies.

Required Skills

Technical Skills

• Strong experience with Salesforce Development.
• Hands-on expertise in Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, Batch Apex, and Scheduled Apex.
• Extensive experience in Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Strong understanding of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud functionalities.
• Experience with Salesforce Lightning Platform and Salesforce APIs.
• Knowledge of SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce data modeling.
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Security Model, Profiles, Permission Sets, Roles, and Sharing Rules.
• Experience with Salesforce Flow and Workflow Automation.
• Understanding of deployment tools such as Change Sets, Salesforce DX, Copado, or Gearset.
• Knowledge of Git/version control systems.
