Your work profile

• As a Consultant in our Consulting team, you'll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations.
• This role is specific to Salesforce Education Cloud
• This role requires the ability to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions, contribute to complex implementation projects, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a dynamic consulting environment.
• The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise across the Salesforce platform, with hands-on experience in Salesforce Education Cloud and other Salesforce Clouds.

Key skills required:

• 4–8 years of hands-on Salesforce development and implementation experience.
• Strong implementation experience with Salesforce Education Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, and Salesforce Platform capabilities.
• Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions that align with business and technical requirements.
• Develop scalable and maintainable applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Triggers, SOQL, and SOSL.
• Configure Salesforce using Flows, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, Custom Metadata, Record Types, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, Reports, and Dashboards.
• Build and maintain integrations with enterprise applications using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and standard Salesforce integration frameworks.
• Deliver solutions across Salesforce Education Cloud and other Salesforce products, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, and the Salesforce Platform.
• Participate in technical design discussions and contribute to solution architecture, technical estimations, and implementation planning.
• Develop reusable components and follow Salesforce development best practices to ensure scalability, security, and maintainability.
• Perform unit testing, support system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment activities.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide timely resolution across development, testing, and production environments.
• Conduct peer code reviews and ensure compliance with coding standards, security practices, and platform governance.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects, Technical Leads, Functional Consultants, and project stakeholders to deliver high-quality implementations.
• Prepare technical design documentation, deployment documentation, and knowledge artifacts.
• Stay current with Salesforce releases, emerging platform capabilities, and industry best practices.

Desired Qualifications:

• 4 to 8 years of relevant experience in management or consulting oriented environment.
• At least 3-4 end to end SFDC implementation experience in India or globally
• Graduate degree (Science or Engineering) from premier institutes
