Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Industries (SFI / Vlocity) Developer with strong expertise in OmniScripts, DataRaptors, and Vlocity IP to design, develop, and implement scalable industry-specific solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working with complex Salesforce Industries implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop OmniScripts (guided flows) for end-to-end business processes
- Build and optimize DataRaptors (Extract, Transform, Load, Turbo Extract)
- Work extensively with Vlocity IP / Salesforce Industries framework
- Customize and configure Industry-specific components
- Integrate Salesforce Industries with external systems using APIs
- Troubleshoot performance and data issues in OmniScript and DataRaptor
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and QA teams
- Ensure best practices for scalability, performance, and security
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 56 years of overall Salesforce development experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Industries (Vlocity / SFI)
- Expertise in OmniScript, DataRaptor, and Vlocity IP
- Good understanding of Salesforce data model and architecture
- Experience with REST/SOAP integrations
- Knowledge of Apex, LWC, and SOQL is a plus
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Salesforce Industries / Vlocity certification (good to have)
- Experience in Telecom, Insurance, or Utilities domains
- Exposure to CI/CD and deployment tools
