About Position:
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Salesforce Developer with 6+ years of hands-on experience in building scalable and high-performance solutions on the Salesforce platform. In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end development, customization, and enhancement of Salesforce applications, working closely with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams. You will play a key role in driving technical excellence, ensuring best practices, and delivering robust solutions aligned with business needs.

What You'll Do:
- Design, develop, and implement customized Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, and platform configurations
- Write clean, scalable, and efficient code while following Salesforce development best practices
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Develop and manage integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs
- Perform code reviews, debugging, and performance tuning to ensure high-quality deliverables
- Build reusable components and optimize existing functionalities for better performance and scalability
- Participate in full software development lifecycle including requirement gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment
- Collaborate with architects and senior developers on solution design and technical decisions
- Ensure proper documentation of technical designs, processes, and implementation steps
- Work in Agile/Scrum environments and actively contribute to sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
Expertise You'll Bring:
- Minimum 6+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development
- Strong expertise in Apex (Triggers, Classes, Batch, Future methods) and LWC development
- Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, and security model
- Strong coding fundamentals with knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
- Experience in building and consuming REST/SOAP APIs and third-party integrations
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for front-end development
- Hands-on experience with SOQL, SOSL, and data handling techniques
- Familiarity with Salesforce Governor Limits and performance optimization techniques
- Experience with version control tools like Git and CI/CD pipelines
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies and collaborative development practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Good communication skills with ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
