Job Description

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead software development and delivery initiatives. The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects while ensuring quality, timelines, and stakeholder satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end software development projects (Agile / Waterfall / Hybrid)
Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines
Create and maintain detailed project plans and track progress
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (developers, QA, DevOps, business teams)
Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
Ensure timely delivery within scope and budget
Communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders
Manage client expectations and maintain strong relationships
Lead sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives (Agile)
Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices
Handle resource allocation and team performance management
