Job Description :-
As a Salesforce Developer, your core mission will be to implement high-quality technical solutions based on designs provided by the Salesforce IT Analyst. You'll ensure robust, scalable development aligned with ArcelorMittal's IT strategy and architecture.
Your main missions are:
Translate detailed design specifications into scalable, maintainable Salesforce code
Develop custom components using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura
Integrate with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs
Ensure quality through unit testing, code reviews, and participation in Agile ceremonies
Work closely with Salesforce IT Analysts, Architects, and testers to ensure smooth delivery
Contribute to DevOps pipelines and deployment processes (Git, Jenkins, Copado)
Troubleshoot and resolve bugs or performance issues across multi-component solutions
Who are we looking for
You're a detail-oriented and collaborative developer who can turn concepts into working code
3+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and customization
Apex coding, Javascript & LWC.
API integration RESt/SOAP
DEvOps Tools : Git
Salesforce Developer Certification
Additional Salesforce certifications are a plus
Strong knowledge of:
o Apex (triggers, batch jobs, async processing)
o Lightning Web Components (LWC)
o JavaScript, Aura, and Visualforce
o Salesforce architecture and metadata model
o API integrations (REST/SOAP)
o DevOps tools like Git, Jenkins, and Copado
Proven experience in Agile environments and working on multi-component applications
Fluent in English, with strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Salesforce Developer certification (required)
Additional Salesforce certifications are a plus
