Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions using OmniStudio, Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
- Build and maintain OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, and FlexCards.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain custom Salesforce applications, triggers, workflows, and process automation.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs and web services.
- Ensure solutions meet best practices, security standards, and performance benchmarks.
- Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
- Document solutions and provide technical support to business users.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 59 years of experience in Salesforce development.
- Strong expertise in OmniStudio (OmniScripts, DataRaptors, FlexCards, Integration Procedures).
- Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Knowledge of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security model.
- Experience with Salesforce deployment tools (Change Sets, Git, CI/CD pipelines).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
