Salesforce Developer LWC Specialist
About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC) to build modern, high-performance UI components and scalable Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate should have deep hands-on experience in LWC development along with good knowledge of Apex and Salesforce configuration.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, and enhance Lightning Web Components (LWC) for high-quality user interfaces.
- Build reusable UI components and implement responsive, dynamic front-end functionality.
- Work with Apex classes, triggers, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs for backend logic.
- Integrate LWC with Salesforce data using wire adapters, Apex, and LDS.
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to understand requirements and convert them into LWC-based solutions.
- Optimize component performance and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and maintain existing LWC and Aura components.
- Participate in deployments, code reviews, and documentation.
Required Skills & Experience
- 36+ years of Salesforce development experience.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern web standards.
- Experience with Apex programming, async operations (Queueable, Future, Batch), and triggers.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and platform features.
- Experience in Sales Cloud or Service Cloud implementations.
Good to Have
- Experience with Aura Components and Visualforce.
- Familiarity with REST/SOAP integrations and platform events.
- DevOps experience with Git, Copado, or CI/CD tools.
- Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II) are a plus.
