Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and GitHub-based development workflows. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable Salesforce solutions while ensuring best practices in code quality, CI/CD integration, and version control.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance Salesforce applications using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex.
- Implement custom UI, reusable components, and event-driven architectures within Salesforce Lightning.
- Integrate Salesforce with internal and external systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate into technical solutions.
- Perform unit testing, code reviews, and maintain high coding standards following Salesforce best practices.
- Participate in end-to-end SDLC including requirement analysis, technical design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Ensure smooth deployments using change sets, Git pipelines, and DevOps tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing Salesforce applications.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Salesforce development.
- Hands-on expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC) & Apex triggers/classes.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration Flows, Validation Rules, Custom Objects, Security Model.
- Solid experience with GitHub for version control, branching strategies, and collaboration.
- Good understanding of Salesforce data model, SOQL/SOSL, and Lightning Design System.
- Experience integrating Salesforce via REST/SOAP web services.
- Knowledge of deployment tools such as Copado / Azure DevOps / BitBucket pipelines is a plus.
- Salesforce Developer certification(s) preferred (PD1/PD2 highly valued).
