Job Summary
This role will primarily focus on Salesforce development and administration (approximately 70%), ensuring the platform is effectively customized, automated, and optimized to support the company's growing sales and marketing operations.
In addition, the candidate will contribute to solution architecture and business process automation (approximately 30%), helping design scalable systems that improve operational efficiency across sales, marketing, and business operations.
The role requires close collaboration with sales teams, marketing teams, engineering teams, and management to ensure Salesforce becomes a key platform for driving productivity, automation, and data-driven decision making.
Job Description
- Salesforce Development & Administration (Approx. 70%)
- Manage and administer the company's Salesforce environment, including users, roles, profiles, and permissions.
- Develop and customize Salesforce solutions using:
- Apex
- Lightning Web Components
- Salesforce Flows and automation tools
- Configure custom objects, validation rules, approval processes, and workflow automation.
- Implement improvements that enhance the efficiency of sales pipeline management, marketing activities, customer relationship management, and reporting.
- Maintain system performance, ensure data quality, and manage platform updates.
- Provide training and support to internal users to ensure effective adoption of Salesforce
- Solution Architecture & Business Process Automation (Approx. 30%)
- Design scalable Salesforce-based solutions that improve business efficiency and process automation.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions and system architecture.
- Identify opportunities to automate manual workflows and improve operational productivity.
- Lead the planning and implementation of new Salesforce features and system enhancements.
- Integration, Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Integrate Salesforce with ERP systems, marketing platforms, document management tools, and other business applications.
- Develop dashboards and reports to support:
- Sales pipeline visibility
- Opportunity tracking
- Marketing effectiveness
- Business performance monitoring
- Continuously identify opportunities to enhance the Salesforce platform and support the company's digital growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- 48 years of professional experience working with Salesforce platforms.
- Mandatory Certifications- Salesforce Certified Administrator
- Preferred Certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer I / II, Salesforce App Builder, Salesforce CPQ Specialist
- Technical Skills: Salesforce Administration and Configuration, Apex Development, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flow Automation, REST / API Integrations, Data Modeling and Custom Object Architecture, Dashboard and Reporting Development
