Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce (SFDC) Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Community / Experience Cloud to design, develop, and optimize intelligent Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate should have solid Salesforce development fundamentals along with practical experience implementing Community / Experience Cloud.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, Aura, and Visualforce
- Build and manage Flows, Process Builder, and automation for business processes
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs
- Work on Salesforce standard clouds such as Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Perform deployments using CI/CD pipelines, change sets, or Salesforce DX
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing support
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams
- Proficient in using for development and deployemt Community / Experience Cloud.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5 years of overall Salesforce (SFDC) experience
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with Community / Experience Cloud (mandatory)
- Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce Flows
- Experience with Salesforce integrations and web services
- Knowledge of Salesforce security model, sharing rules, and profiles
- Familiarity with Git/GitHub and CI/CD practices
- Good understanding of Salesforce best practices and governor limits
Good to Have:
- Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Agentforce-related certifications)
- Certification with Community / Experience Cloud
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
