Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex development, and system integrations, and will work closely with business and technical teams to deliver high-quality Salesforce applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Triggers, and Visualforce (if required)
- Build and customize Lightning Web Components (LWC) for enhanced user experience
- Implement and manage Salesforce integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs
- Develop and maintain custom objects, workflows, validation rules, flows, and reports
- Ensure best practices in code quality, security, and performance
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and bug fixing
- Support deployments, enhancements, and production issues
- Maintain documentation and follow Salesforce development standards
Required Skills & Experience
- 47+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer
- Strong expertise in:
- Salesforce Apex
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Salesforce Integrations (REST / SOAP APIs)
- Experience with Salesforce configuration and customization
- Good understanding of Salesforce security model, data modeling, and governor limits
- Experience working with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud
- Familiarity with CI/CD and deployment tools is an added advantage
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I / II) added advantage
- Experience in Agile / Scrum development environments
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
